Asfiya Sea View Hotel is a boutique property on the hillside above Kalkan Bay, with panoramic views across the Mediterranean. The hotel offers 34 rooms in total, comprising 11 sea view rooms, 4 swim-up rooms and 15 pool rooms. The property is arranged over a series of levels, starting at the upper level where the reception and welcome area are located.
Block A — Main Building
The main building over three levels: Garden Pool Rooms on the ground floor, Sea View Rooms on the first and second floors, with reception at the top.
Block B — 400–500 Series
Sea View Rooms on the upper level, with Comfort Pool Rooms and Swim-Up Rooms below. Rooms 404 & 405 adjoin for families.
Block C — 700 Series
The Signature Pool Room on the upper level, with Premium Pool Rooms on the lower level, offering elevated privacy.
Block D — 600 Series
The Deluxe Pool Room, Premium Pool Rooms and a Sea View Room. Rooms 603 & 604 adjoin for families.
Terrace Level
Asfiya Bar & Restaurant — located on a dedicated terrace within the property, offering a relaxed setting throughout the day and evening. Main swimming pool and children’s pool.
Asfiya Sea View Hotel
All pool rooms include a pool for exclusive use. While the pools offer a good degree of privacy, they are not fully secluded and may be visible from neighbouring pool terraces or from balconies above.
