Cancellation & Refund Policy
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all accommodation reservations made via http://www.asfiyaseaviewhotel.com/ as well as directly through the Hotel via telephone, e-mail or similar communication channels.
It is valid for Asfiya Sea View Hotel, operated by Mulberry Turizm Eml. İnş. Tic. Ve San. Ltd. Şti.
By making a reservation, the Customer is deemed to have accepted the terms set out below, regardless of the booking channel used.
Non-Refundable Reservations
100% of the total accommodation amount is charged at the time of booking.
These reservations cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Flexible Reservations
30% of the total accommodation amount is charged as a prepayment at the time of booking.
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the check-in date will be charged 100% of the total accommodation amount and no refund will be made.
The Customer agrees and undertakes to pay the remaining balance once the cancellation period has expired.
Payment may be made via credit card or bank transfer.
In the event that the payment obligation is not fulfilled, the Company reserves the right to pursue legal action.
Cancellation Notification
In order for a cancellation request to be valid, it must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation requests are only considered valid if sent via e-mail, and the effective cancellation date shall be the date on which the request is received by the Company.
Cancellation requests made via phone, verbal communication or through third parties shall not be considered valid.
Post Check-in Cancellations
If the Customer terminates the stay after check-in for reasons not attributable to the Hotel, no refund shall be made.
Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, pandemics, war or government restrictions, the Hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations.
Refunds or changes in such cases will be evaluated depending on the circumstances.
Refund Process
Refunds are made using the original payment method.
The Hotel is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank.
